Terms of Service
Last updated: April 17, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Siggle ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Siggle's website for personal or commercial use depending on your subscription tier. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Siggle's website, or resell the raw data provided through the platform without explicit written consent.
3. Disclaimer
The materials on Siggle's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Siggle makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain aspects of the Service are provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms. We may add new services for additional fees and charges, and add or amend fees and charges for existing services, at any time in our sole discretion.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6. Data Privacy & GDPR
Our outreach generation is built on "Compliance-First" principles. For B2B outreach, we rely on the legal basis of Legitimate Interest (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR). We ensure that outreach is highly targeted and relevant to the recipient, avoiding bulk-spam tactics and adhering to data minimization practices. Users are responsible for ensuring they have a legal basis for contacting leads in their specific jurisdiction.
7. AI Safety & Platform Integrity
Siggle provides specialized automation technology designed to simulate human interactions on professional platforms such as LinkedIn. While we implement advanced risk mitigation techniques (including human-mimicry delays and randomized browser fingerprinting), you acknowledge that the use of automation tools is technically contrary to the Terms of Service of such platforms. You accept full responsibility for the use of your accounts and any resulting platform actions, including account restrictions or bans.
